Taco Hash Brown Casserole
- 1 pound ground beef, cooked
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 large onion, diced
- 1-2 bell peppers, diced
- 30 ounces hash browns, thawed
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can rotel or 1.5 cups salsa
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
mix well. Add to crock pot on high for 3 hours. Serve with taco toppings and tortilla chips.
