French Onion Beef and Potato Casserole

  • 28 oz bag of frozen shredded hash browns
  • 16 oz of sour cream
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1/2 stick butter melted
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (I used cheddar)
  • 1 pound COOKED ground beef
  • Season with pepper and garlic powder
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1-2 cups French fried onions

Mix well then spread into 13×9 pan. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 for 60 minutes. Uncover, top with onions and bake for additional 10 minutes.
