French Onion Beef and Potato Casserole
- 28 oz bag of frozen shredded hash browns
- 16 oz of sour cream
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1/2 stick butter melted
- 2 cups shredded cheese (I used cheddar)
- 1 pound COOKED ground beef
- Season with pepper and garlic powder
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1-2 cups French fried onions
Mix well then spread into 13×9 pan. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 for 60 minutes. Uncover, top with onions and bake for additional 10 minutes.
